What’s up with PEI weather?

Islanders love to talk about the weather. Hot, cold, rain, sun, snow… snow? What snow?

I don’t remember a November quite like this. People were wearing sandals yesterday!

So I went over to Environment Canada’s website to check out weather (haha) or not this was the November to remember.

Well the data was a little overwhelming, but based on what I read, it looks like the 80′s beat out 2011 for crazy November weather.

For now, we should just enjoy the free access to Prince Edward Island’s beaches and the chance to dip our toes in the cold water one more time before the winter comes.
