Old Home Week is here! Memories of the exhibition grounds include bumper cars, sticky cotton candy, sweaty carnies and horses! This festival is the culmination of Island good times and shouldn’t be missed. Even if you are too old to go on the scrambler (really you are never too old) there’s still so much to do, including the horse races, casino and farm exhibitions.

Take some time this week and check out the fair. There is something for everyone and treats to discover.

What the locals blog about

It was a busy few weeks (our busiest time of the year) but I’m finally able to write a post.

Since creating this blog, I have come across several Island bloggers, whether through Twitter or Google. A lot of local businesses also have created blogs, I especially like Rachel Peters Photography blog. Not only does she take great pictures of people, she really captures the charm and character of our wonderful Island.

I’m sure once you see her photos of PEI, you’ll want to book your stay with us!
